Lilian has over 15 years experience in Kinesiology after previously coming from a nursing background. Lilian has also had 10 years experience working in rehabilitation, brain injuries and post surgery.
Lilian has been the chair person of Kinesiology for 3 years. She also has significant experience working in different clinic environments with other professionals, specialising in depression, dysfunctional patterns of behaviour, and blocks to organs and systems.
She uses the holistic, gentle art of muscle monitoring to identify the cause of problems; physical, emotional or mental, and helps clients change negative patterns of behaviour thus enabling them to move forward with their life emotionally, psychologically and spiritually.
Lilian is passionate about helping clients to find peace and happiness and reach their full potential.
Kinesiology can assist you to connect more of who you really want to be on this journey.
Kinesiology gets to the reason why you behave the way you do. It finds the imbalances and stress in the body and mind, using muscle response to feed back information and stresses therefore releasing them from your subconscious thoughts, bringing them to your conscious awareness. With this awareness you can move on.
Kinesiology uses acupressure points and other non-invasive procedures to bring about balance in the mind and body.
Most of us think we can run our body consciously, but every second, millions of bits of information are being processed in your subconscious. Most information goes directly to subconscious and brain stem.
The client participates in a journey of exploration to discover the factor, or factors, creating the symptoms that they present, that come from cellular memory in the subconscious.
We can change the negative to a positive, and with awareness and understanding, we can move forward in a productive way.
